✅ Returns & Exchanges Within 7 Days
You may return or exchange any product in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged
- Or was purchased by mistake
Requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date, and you must provide proof of payment (the original order invoice is sufficient).

- If any product is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately upon opening the package.
- Be sure to retain all original packaging materials in case a return is necessary.

- If you received the wrong or damaged products:
Pet Oasis will cover all shipping costs.
- If you are returning for any other reason (e.g. change of mind):
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If reward points were used during checkout:
The refund will be issued in reward points only and cannot be converted to cash.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
💳 Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days after receiving the returned items.
- For payments made via Visa or MasterCard, the amount will be refunded according to the bank’s processing timeline within the same period.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange after purchase, due to hygiene and health reasons:
- Clothing
- Pet toys
- Pet beds
This is to prevent the transmission of fleas, ticks, ringworm, or other infections.
Additionally, we cannot accept returned items that are:
- Used, altered, damaged, or dirty
- Or in a non-resalable condition
🚚 What If Shipping Was Free?
If the original order was delivered with free shipping and the customer decides to return it,
the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
